The premise for this atlas is that a refeence that allows interpreters to general a list of possibilities based upon the pattern characteristics instead of a prior knowledge of the pattern would solve this problem and be invaluable to interpreteres. Organised by waveform features rather than disease, this atlas helps to guide the reader to a diagnosis by essential features of a waveform. The first section takes the reader through the generation of a list of features on the EEG, which is then used to create a rubric for identifying possible diagnoses. The second section is organised alphabetically by general waveform title, referenced to in section one. This section also presents EEG tracings and discusses each waveform's distinguishing features and clinical significance. John M. Stern, MD; Jerome Engel, Jr., MD, PhD Features: - Unique systematic approach to differential diagnosis based on EEG features - Differential Diagnosis leads reader to the relevant EEG figure - Designed for use in identifying difficult to read EEG patterns - EEGs organised alphabetically Contents 1. Book condition
An important factor of a second-hand book is the condition of the book. The buyer may not be surprised. Always mention damages or defects. We use a system with 3 stars:
The book is acceptable: you have used it to study and made notes and markings – but everything is still readable. The cover and pages are in good condition.
The book still looks good: there are a few notes in it and you marked it. There are hardly any signs of use on the cover and pages
The book is (almost) new: you have not written or marked in it. There are no signs of use on the cover and pages
